1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be sent back within 24 hours of delivery.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made jewelry, earrings for hygiene reasons, and sale items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Send an email to tantrawomenstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item, providing your order number and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

Shipping:-

We are delivering Order within 6-7 working Days.

Exchange:
Contact us to notify us of the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange, provided the item is available in stock.
If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional cost.
The shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you may apply.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed in the following way:

Original Payment Method: Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [3-5 business days] for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at tantrawomenstore@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of handcrafting and beyond control of our craftsmen.
Return can be done only if you receive in fully damaged condition or the product is completely different than what you have ordered.
Since orders are shipped through third party courier, there are chances of some stone falling/ hooks loosing because of transit pressure which are not taken as damage.
